Enable the Administrative Tools option to appear in the Programs menu

 
     Administrative Tools is most useful for those who are are network administers
      intermediate users for disk management, monitor shared folder sessions,etc.
      The usual way to the Administrative Tools option is through the Control Panel
      There is a quicker way to get to the administrative tools.



      This involves adding to the ‘Programs’ menu,
      Right-click on the blank space on the taskbar and select ‘Properties’. Make sure
      the ‘Start Menu’ option is selected and click on the ‘Customize’ button.








    
     Get faster access to Administrative Tools by putting in the Start Menu

     Now click on the ‘Advanced’ button on under the Start Menu items section,
     scroll to ‘System Administrative Tools’.


    By default ‘Don't display this item’ is select. Select ‘display on the all programs menu and the Start menu’

   Click ‘OK’ twice to get back to the desktop. Now you will have the Administrative Tools option in
   the Start Menu as well as in the Programs menu for a faster access.
